Hanoi-Kampenwebsite

Hoàng Hà Tùng and his wife Le Thi Thu Huong landed in Kampen for the second time on 23 November.
A little later than expected and they stay a little longer: until the 25th of December they will make the city unsafe here.
You can encounter them everywhere with a camera and easel, painting cityscapes and sometimes even an unsuspecting citizen.

Tùng has brought cityscapes he made in Hanoi to exhibit here alongside work that he paints here on the spot of Kampen. In this way he connects the two cities with each other and Kampen has just added a sister city! So you see again: you can look with strange eyes .. but art connects! Always in an unexpected way.

Three exhibitions are dedicated to it; two in Kampen and IJsselmuiden, which we organize as a workheart Foundation and in January the ‘Kamper work’ will be presented under the name ‘Kampen in Hanoi’ in the DC Gallery and Luxury Design in Hanoi.

In Huize Maria, our showroom, we hold the opening of the exhibition ‘Hanoi in Kampen. This will take place on 13 December at 19.30. There, among other things, the cityscapes from Hanoi are exhibited together with work that Tùng has already painted in Kampen at that time.
There are also other paintings, taken from Hanoi, to see.

In the Atrium of our new studio building Het Werk, some larger works are being added to the permanent exhibition of us and our fellow artists. Later the collection will be supplemented with paintings that Tùng will make after the 13th of December, because he just continues. On 20 December at 19.30 we will close the exhibition with a festive gathering about all our work.

Everyone who is interested in this is most welcome on both occasions.
If you do not have the opportunity to come to these times right now, there are fortunately more possibilities.
